First Dose Clinical Training
Pharmacy Course Details
First Dose Clinical Training has a focus on providing our delegates with high quality clinical education in relation to the pharmacy first scheme, which was launched by the government and NHS England on 31 January 2024.
​
This course will be run by doctors, with current experience in Primary Care, Medical Education and ENT specialist training.
The course will empower you to be more confident in providing safe, patent-centred care in relation to these conditions that will relieve pressures on primary care.

Conditions covered
This will include exploring the fundamentals of the listed conditions, relevant clinical assessment, management and referral guidance for safe escalation.

Uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women
Everyone will have the opportunity to practise using otoscopes, tongue depressors and a torch under observation to aid your diagnostic skills.

We will be covering relevant anatomy and common ear pathologies you will encounter in your day to day practice.
